RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service by submitting a support ticket to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Store Credit

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Store credit will be provided to you in a form of coupon code. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a coupon code worth the amount of the product you are returning. ORDER CANCELLATION

BENJISPRINTS.COM will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to shipment. You will need to submit a support ticket within 8 hours of you order placement to cancel your order. Once your order has been canceled you will receive a confirmation email. Please 14-21 business days for the monies to be credited to your account.


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once the order has been placed and shipped successfully, no refunds are granted. (See our return and exchange policy for more details)

BENJISPRINTS.COM will always remain diligent to ensure that orders are shipped in a timely manner. Our estimates in delivery are dependent on estimates provided to us by the shipping companies. If there any delays, on our part, you will be notified by email. Understand that BENJISPRINTS.COM has no control over delays due to the weather or the shipping company.
